We do not have air conditioning in 2 suites (the twin suite and the last double suite); Depending on your vehicle model, please check the dimensions. Our parking space is located on the ground floor. Dimensions: 2.30m x 8.60m – gate height: 2.00m; In all our accommodations, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF/document; Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee per person/day may apply; Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation guest limit during your stay; For beach access and return, please use the correct entrance (Beach/Service Entrance); It is not allowed to walk through the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and in the condominium common areas; Any violation of the accommodation/building rules during the stay, including fines, is entirely the responsibility of the reservation holder; Pets are not allowed; Additional bed linens and/or extra cleaning during the stay will incur an additional fee; Check-in: From 4:00 PM. The dining room offers an ocean view and features a large table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, a spacious countertop, and a central island. In addition to the suites, there is also a charming guest bathroom seamlessly integrated into the apartment’s elegant design. Our laundry area is very spacious and includes a washing machine, drying rack, and other essentials to meet everyday needs.

Please note: We do not have air conditioning in all bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in two bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans.

Guests have access to all internal amenities of the apartment. They may also use two parking spaces.

We are always available during your stay to provide online assistance and in-person support whenever necessary.

We are located in the central area of Balneário Camboriú, just one block from the beach. Within walking distance, guests can access Central Beach, Av. Atlântica, pubs, bars, and restaurants. We are also just a few steps from Av. Brasil, where you can easily find markets, convenience stores, shops, cafés, pharmacies, bakeries, and more.

Using transportation, it is easy to access tourist attractions in the Barra Sul area, such as Unipraias Park, Oceanic Aquarium, Pirate Adventure, Barra’s Cable-Stayed Bridge, among others. It is also easy to reach Barra Norte, where the Ferris Wheel is located.

Within walking distance, guests can conveniently handle everyday needs, as we are located just one block from the beach, between Av. Brasil and Av.
