Our apartment is one block from the sea, just a few meters from the beach.

The space has 1 suite with a queen bed and 2 more bedrooms with double beds.
We provide a single mattress to accommodate one more guest (total 7 people).
All rooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan.
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, living room with Smart TV, balcony with charcoal grill, and a tree-lined view of downtown BC.

- For all our stays, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF;

- Depending on the number of guests registered on the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person/per day;

- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation during your stay;

- For pool access, please use the designated entrance (Pool/Service);

- Swimwear or being shirtless is not allowed in the common areas of the building;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the common areas of the building;

- Any violation of accommodation or building rules during your stay is the full responsibility of the reservation holder, including any fines;

- Pets are welcome, following these rules:
> Only 1 small pet is allowed;
> Please ensure your pet relieves itself outside of the apartment, and avoid urination on the sidewalk in front of the building;
> Pick up after your pet with a waste bag;
> Bring your pet’s bed and do not allow them on the sofa or beds;
> Carry your pet in your arms when in the building and use the designated pool/service entrance, according to internal rules.

- There is an additional fee for extra linens during your stay;

- Check-in: From 4:00 pm. Check-out: By 11:00 am. Depending on the season we may be flexible, but for early check-in or late check-out, an extra fee is required;

- For check-in after 10:00 pm, there is an additional service fee (R$ 100.00);

- This check-in is in person — you must meet the host to receive the keys;

We are close to bars and fine dining restaurants. In addition to being just a block from the beach, at the corner of Av. Brasil, we are near Pontal Norte and FG Big Wheel (Ferris Wheel).
You can find entertainment, take care of daily needs, or enjoy meals out within walking distance.
Depending on your chosen route, Navegantes Airport is 14km away (via Av. Osvaldo Reis) or 36km away (via BR 101).
