- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation throughout your stay;

- For swimmer entry and exit, always use the designated Swimmers/Service access;

- Wearing swimwear or being shirtless in the common areas of the building is not allowed;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the common areas of the condominium;

- Any violation of the accommodation or condominium rules during the stay is the full responsibility of the reservation holder, including any applicable fines;

- An additional fee will be charged for extra linens during your stay;

- Check-in: from 4 PM. Check-out: by 11 AM. Depending on the time of year, we may be able to offer flexible check-in and check-out, but an extra fee will be charged for early arrival or late departure;

- The CURTA! team reserves the right to relocate your reservation to another similar apartment with the same features in the same condominium, in case the originally reserved apartment is unavailable.

Our apartment features four suites: three with double beds and one with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. We also offer a laundry area for your convenience. The cozy living room includes a smart TV and is integrated with the dining area, lounge, and a barbecue area with an ocean view, providing a spacious and comfortable atmosphere.

Guests have full access to the interior of the apartment, including living rooms, kitchen, laundry area, suites, and balcony. All rooms and amenities in the residence are available for use.

Common areas, such as the pool and gym, can be used with prior authorization.

The apartment is located at 4410 Avenida Atlântica, one of the most sought-after areas in Balneário Camboriú. Just a few meters from Central Beach, the neighborhood offers renowned restaurants, upscale bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops.
