- For all our accommodations, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and taxpayer number;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee per person/per day may apply;

- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the guest limit for the accommodation during your stay;

- For entering and exiting to access the beach/pool, please use the designated access (Beachgoers/Service);

- Wearing swimwear or being shirtless in the common areas of the building is not allowed;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the condominium common areas;

- Any violation of the accommodation/condominium rules during your stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including possible fines;

- Your pet is welcome, following these rules:
> Only 1 small pet allowed;
> Take your pet to relieve itself outside the apartment, avoiding urination on the sidewalk in front of the building;
> Pick up pet waste using a bag;
> Bring your pet’s bed and do not allow them on the sofa or beds;
> Carry your pet in your arms when moving through the condominium and use the designated access for beachgoers/service according to internal rules.

- Extra linens during your stay will incur an additional fee;

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM; Timing can be flexible depending on the season, but for early check-in or late check-out, an extra fee will apply;

- For check-ins after 10:00 PM, an additional service fee will be charged (R$ 100,00);

- Cancellation policy: Please refer to the platform rules.
