- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the measurements. Our parking space is located on G1. Dimensions: 5.90m x 3.35m;

- For all stays, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person/day;

- Please respect the quiet hours from 9pm to 8am;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum number of guests allowed during your stay;

- To enter and exit for swimming, please use the correct access point (Bathing/Service);

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas of the building in swimwear or without a shirt;

- Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or in the common areas of the condominium;

- Any violation of accommodation/condominium rules during the stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including any applicable fines;

- Extra linens during your stay will incur an additional fee;

- Check-in: From 4pm. Check-out: Until 11am; Depending on the season, we may be flexible, but if you request early check-in or late check-out, an additional fee will be required;

- For check-in after 10:00pm, an additional service fee is required (R$ 100.00);

In addition, the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area offer an independent and practical stay. The living room is spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy environment to relax and spend time together.

Guests will have full access to all internal areas of the accommodation, including the private rooms and spaces such as the balcony with barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, and other areas of the apartment.

Balneário Camboriú Bus Station: Located 5 km from the apartment, accessible by taxi, Uber, or bus. BR-101 Highway: Just a few minutes away, this highway connects Balneário Camboriú to important cities such as Itajaí, Blumenau, and Florianópolis.
