In all our accommodations, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF/document;

Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee per person/day may apply;

Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation guest limit during your stay;

For beach access and return, please use the correct entrance (Beach/Service Entrance);

It is not allowed to walk through the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt;

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and in the condominium common areas;

Any violation of the accommodation/building rules during the stay, including fines, is entirely the responsibility of the reservation holder;

Additional bed linens during the stay will incur an additional fee;

Depending on the season, we may be flexible; however, for early check-in or extended check-out, an additional fee will be charged;
