- Before using the pool, please remove any body products and sand from your body. Permitted pool hours: from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The use of speakers is not allowed in the common area.
Important: The pool shown in the photos is shared with residents and tenants of the building. Please respect all community rules.

- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the dimensions. Our parking spot is on G2. Dimensions: 9.00m x 2.50m.
There are two spots, one in front of the other.

- For all our stays, we require submission of a photo ID and tax ID number;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person per day;

- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the guest limit of the accommodation during your stay;

- For pool entrance and exit, use the correct access (Pool/Service);

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the common areas of the building;

- Any violation of the accommodation/building rules during your stay is the full responsibility

of the reservation holder, including cases in which fines are applied;

- There is an additional charge for extra linens during your stay;

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM; Depending on the season we may be flexible, but for early check-in

or late check-out, an additional fee applies;

- For check-in after 8:00 PM, there is an additional service fee (R$ 100.00);
