- After 8:00 pm, the Main Hall door is locked with a key. When entering or leaving after 8:00 pm, please keep it locked.

- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the measurements. Our parking spot is on G1. Dimensions: 4.90m x 2.55m;

- For all our accommodations, we require mandatory submission of a photo ID and tax identification number;

- Depending on the number of guests registered on the reservation, there may be an extra fee per person per day;

- Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation's maximum guest capacity during your stay;

- To enter or exit as a swimmer, please use the correct access (Swimmers/Service);

- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in all common areas of the building;

- Any failure to comply with the accommodation/building rules during your stay is the sole responsibility

of the reservation holder, including cases where a fine may apply;

- PETS are not allowed;

- There is an extra fee for additional linens during your stay;

- Check-in: From 4:00 pm. Check-out: By 11:00 am; Depending on the season, we may be flexible, but if you check in early or request a late check-out, an extra fee will be charged;

- For check-in after 10:00 pm, we charge an additional service fee (R$ 100.00);

This spacious apartment offers comfortable and well-distributed accommodations. The master suite features a king-size bed and a TV. The second suite has a double bed and the third suite includes a double bed and a single bed, TV, and minibar, comfortably accommodating different guest configurations. There is a half-bathroom for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the living area, providing practicality and comfort for leisure moments and special meals. A standout feature is the charcoal barbecue integrated into the kitchen, creating enjoyable moments for families who love to grill and spend time together. The apartment also has a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. The common areas of the building are not available. Entry is through an electronic lock, ensuring convenience and security.
