REGRAS DA HOSPEDAGEM

1. CONVIDADOS/HOSPEDES ADICIONAIS – Apenas os hóspedes cadastrados estão habilitados a acessar a habitação. Qualquer pessoa adicional, seja convidado para o dia ou pernoitar, deve ser comunicado previamente ao anfitrião e necessita autorização;

2. FUMAR: Favor não fumar dentro da habitação, e nas áreas externas não jogar bituca de cigarro;

3. RETIRADA DE MAQUIAGEM: favor proceder com a retirada de maquiagem adequadamente, evitando usar as toalhas ou dormir sem retirá-la, evitando manchar fronhas e lençol. Caso houver manchas que danifiquem o material, será cobrado a parte.

4. BANHISTAS: Na entrada da GARAGEM 3 tem uma mangueira para lavar pés e ítens de praia. Favor tirar o excesso de areia no lava pés. Favor retirar excesso de areia antes de ingressar na porta de acesso ao hall de entrada.

5. Respeitar LEI DO SILÊNCIO após 21H até às 09H

6. Produtos achados após o check out, serão guardados por até 30 dias, passado este perdido os ítens serão doados. Para o envio solicitamos taxa de R$ 30,00 + custo de envio Correios ou Transportadora.

7. Contamos com TV com serviço Smart. Outras plataformas de assinatura podem ser configuradas pelos hóspedes, incluindo seu login e senha. Não esqueça de desconectar ao sair.

LIXO: A lixeira está logo em frente a recepção do edifício. Ao sair da recepção, desça as escadas e próximo a calçada, à direita é a lixeira.

Por gentileza acomodar os produtos utilizados dentro dos sacos de lixo da cozinha e banheiros. Favor separar o lixo. Cuidado com vidros quebrados, sempre deixar separados e identificados.

VOLTAGEM: Todas as tomadas disponíveis para uso são 220V. Não fornecemos transformador.
