Our apartment is spacious, elegant, beautifully decorated in downtown Balneário Camboriú, close to Central Beach. It features 3 comfortable suites with air conditioning, spacious living areas, a pleasant terrace to relax and unwind. The large kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment also offers a guest bathroom and a gourmet area with an electric barbecue grill. Its central location is perfect for enjoying the beaches, restaurants and attractions of the city with comfort and convenience.

Rules:

Do not walk through the building with pets in your arms or on the floor. When entering or leaving with your pet, always use the beach/service entrance;

Children are not allowed to play in the common areas, main lobby, or parking garage;

To dispose of your trash, please use the beach/service entrance;

When carrying beach chairs and beach items, use only the beach/service entrance;

It is not allowed to enter or leave using scooters, electric mini bikes, bicycles, or similar items;

Scooters and bicycles are not allowed in the elevator; both must be kept in the bicycle storage area;

It is forbidden to bring suitcases and bulky items through the main lobby — always use the beach/service entrance;

It is forbidden to leave carts and beach items in the parking space; everything must be stored in the garage storage box;

Rules for using the apartment terrace:

It must be used without gatherings; parties and loud noise are not allowed at any time. Please use it responsibly;

Do not hang clothes on the building railing;

Do not throw cigarette butts;

Do not leave accumulated trash;

Depending on your vehicle model, please check the dimensions. Our parking space is located on the ground floor. Dimensions: 7.80 x 2.38;

In all our accommodations, we require a photo ID and CPF/document for all guests;

Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee per person/day may apply;

Additional bed linens and towels during the stay will incur an extra fee;

Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM;

For check-ins after 8:00 PM, an additional service fee will be charged;

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation guest limit during your stay;

Any violation of the accommodation/building rules (subject to fines) during the stay is entirely the responsibility of the reservation holder;

No air conditioning in the living room;

Sliding glass door with access to the terrace;

Fully equipped kitchen with utensils:

Pots, frying pan, milk pot, cutlery, wine glasses, drinking glasses, plates (deep, flat, saucers, and dessert plates), cups, general tableware, and baking dishes;

5-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and thermos;

Gourmet area integrated with the living room featuring:

Electric barbecue grill with skewer and grill rack, sink with custom cabinets, countertop with chairs, and street view;

Charming and elegant guest bathroom;

Laundry area with:

Samsung washer and dryer machine, custom cabinets, and cleaning supplies;

Iron and ironing board.

This apartment also offers gas heating, Wi-Fi internet, planned lighting, and curtains in the living room and bedrooms.

We provide complete bed linens and towels for all guests registered in the reservation.

Guest access: Parking space and pedestrian circulation areas. The elevator and the beach/service entrance and exit must be used whenever guests are carrying suitcases/luggage, large items in general, beach items, or wearing swimwear.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor.
