Those who choose this apartment enjoy the wonderful experience of staying in a refined and beautifully decorated accommodation!
This fully planned space features a spacious kitchen, comfortable living room, two decorated suites, complete bathrooms with gas heating, a half bath, and a service area with a washer and dryer.

- For all our stays, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and tax ID number;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person per day;

- Quiet hours must be observed from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation during your stay;

- For pool access, please use the correct entrance (Bathers/Service);

- Wearing swimwear or being shirtless is not allowed in the common areas of the building;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the condominium’s common areas;

- Any violation of the accommodation or condominium rules during your stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including any potential fines;

- Extra linens during your stay will incur an additional fee;

- Check-in: From 4:00 pm. Check-out: By 11:00 am; Depending on the season, we may be flexible, but if you check in early or extend the check-out time, an extra fee will be charged;

- The CURTA! team reserves the right to relocate your booking to a similar apartment with the same features, located in the same condominium, in case the initially reserved unit becomes unavailable.

Our apartment features 2 suites as follows:
- 1 suite with a Queen Size bed, air conditioning, walk-in closet, full-length mirror, fully equipped bathroom with gas heating, Smart TV, blackout curtains, and an extra single bed—making it possible to accommodate a 5th guest. This suite has a glass door providing access to the apartment’s balcony.

- 1 suite with a Queen Size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, decorative and indirect lighting, blackout curtains, bedside table, and a fully equipped bathroom.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped:
- American-style kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher;
- Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons), plates, glasses, wine glasses, and pans;
- Electric kettle and thermal bottle.

The living room is integrated with the kitchen, dining area, and the balcony, offering elegant decor:
- Comfortable sofa with cushions, air conditioning, Smart TV, diffuse lighting, and boho decoration with straw items.

Charming dining room integrated with the living area:
- Solid wood dining table with 6 comfortable chairs and direct lighting.

The apartment also features a half bath with a stone sink, adding a touch of luxury to the environment.

Currently, it is one of the most upscale neighborhoods in the state, featuring spectacular properties and experiencing continual growth and real estate appreciation. Right next to Balneário Camboriú, with easy access to nightlife, urban centers, and extended infrastructure.

Praia Brava is a relatively small and well-developed area, featuring a promenade, bike lane, and safe streets, making it easy to explore most of the region on foot or by bicycle.

Renting bikes is simple, with options available at kiosks and rental spots nearby—perfect for relaxing rides between bars, restaurants, and viewpoints.
For those who want to get around with more comfort, cars or ride-hailing apps (such as Uber) are great alternatives, especially for going out at night or visiting more distant spots.
Praia Brava is just 10 minutes (6 km) from Balneário Camboriú and 15 minutes (9 km) from downtown Itajaí.
