- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the measurements as our maneuvering space is not large. Our parking space is on level G1. Dimensions: 1.90m x 5.00m;
- For all our stays, sending a photo ID and CPF is mandatory;
- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, an additional fee per person/day may apply;
- Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation’s guest limit during your stay;
- For entry and exit of swimmers, please use the proper access (Swimmers/Service);
- It is not permitted to walk in the common areas of the building wearing swimwear or without a shirt;
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in the condominium's common areas;
- Any breach of the accommodation/condominium rules during your stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including in cases where a fine applies;
- For extra linen during your stay, an additional fee will be charged;
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Depending on the season, we may be flexible; however, early check-in or late check-out is subject to an additional fee;

- For in-person check-in after 8:00 PM, an additional service fee will be charged;

*The condominium requires, for each reservation, the completion of a separate contract with the reservation information to perform the check-in. No extra fee will be charged in this contract; it is simply part of the mandatory security process defined by the condominium’s general assembly.

- Fully equipped kitchen with utensils (pots, glasses, wine glasses, cups, saucers, plates, baking dishes, etc). Electric kettle, sandwich maker, electric oven, gas stove, range hood, refrigerator, and microwave.

Guests will have unrestricted access to all indoor areas of the accommodation, including private rooms and spaces such as the balcony with barbecue grill, fully equipped kitchen, and other areas of the apartment.

Guests may not use the condominium's common areas. Only the garage and circulation areas are permitted.
