It features 3 suites (1 king bed and 2 double beds), a half bath, dining and TV rooms, an integrated balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. Accommodates up to 6 people.

The integrated balcony has elegant furniture for relaxing and enjoying the view (use of the barbecue grill is not allowed).

Rules:
It is very important to know that:

- The apartment barbecue grill CANNOT be used.

- Depending on your vehicle model, please check the dimensions. Our parking space is on G2. Dimensions: 6.65m x 3.3m;

- For all our stays, we require mandatory submission of a photo ID and taxpayer number;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person/per day;

- Please respect the quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the maximum number of guests for the accommodation during your stay;

- For beachgoers entering and exiting, please use the proper access (Beachgoers/Service);

- Walking around in swimwear or shirtless is not allowed in the common areas of the building;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the common areas of the condominium;

- Any violation of the accommodation/condominium rules during your stay is the sole responsibility

of the reservation holder, including in cases where a fine is applied;

- Extra linens and/or cleaning during your stay will incur an additional fee;

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM;
Depending on the time of year we may be flexible, but if you check in early or extend your check-out time, an additional fee will be charged;

The rooms are large and well distributed, with integrated dining and TV areas. The glass-enclosed balcony provides a cozy space to relax and enjoy the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering an air fryer, dishwasher, and complete utensils. The laundry room includes both a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including suites, living rooms, balcony, and laundry room. Entry is via an electronic lock, ensuring greater security and convenience.

The apartment is located at Avenida Atlântica, 4144, one of the most valuable areas in Balneário Camboriú. Just a few meters from Praia Central, the area offers renowned restaurants, sophisticated bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores. Tourist attractions such as Passeio San Miguel, Molhe da Barra Sul, and Unipraias park are just a few minutes away.
On foot: Ideal location to do almost everything by walking, with essential services and the beach just a few meters away. BC Bus – Free public transportation: Balneario Camboriu offers free electric buses that connect the main points of the city. Schedules are available in the Clive Bus app. Ride-hailing apps: Uber and 99 work well in the city and are practical options for quick trips. Bicycles and scooters: There are rental options in the area to explore the waterfront in a sustainable way.
