No parking available.

1. We do not have a parking space. It is possible to park in a private location, and this cost is the responsibility of the guest, being charged separately by the establishment of your choice.

2. For all our accommodations, we require guests to send a photo ID with CPF. This is also used for access control in the buildings and is requested by the building administration for everyone's safety;

3. Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person per day;

4. For in-person check-ins after 10:00 PM, we require a travel fee of R$ 100.00.

5. Pets are allowed in this apartment, but the following rules must be followed:

> Avoid leaving your pet alone;

> Do not allow your pet on the beds, sofas, or surfaces;

> In the common areas of the building, carry your pet in your arms;

> Use bags to collect your pet's waste;

> Any trace or odor left by your pet is subject to an extra cleaning or sanitation fee.

In the building, we have access to the entrance hall, foot wash area, elevators, and hallways.

We are always available for online assistance and, when necessary, in-person as well.

The center of BC represents the vibrant heart of the city. It is a well-developed area with many high-rise buildings that reflect the urban city lifestyle. This neighborhood offers total convenience. Everything is close by, from the Central Beach promenade with its boardwalk, bike paths, kiosks, and restaurants, to the diverse shops on Brasil Avenue, including stores, shopping centers, and both elegant and casual dining options. You can do everything on foot, but if you prefer to go further, you can drive south along the avenue or head north via Atlântica Avenue.

Located on the first floor, it offers easy access and is surrounded by shops, cafés, markets, and leisure options. Here you don't need a car to enjoy the city. Just step outside and walk: the beach is very close by!

Our apartment is very close to the BC waterfront, perfect for seaside walks.

Heading towards Barra Sul, you'll find Unipraias Park, which features the famous cable car as well as tourist attractions like the Oceanic Aquarium, Classic Car Museum, among others. If you continue along BR 101, still heading south, you can access Interpraias, a road that connects several beaches of BC, offering an incredible, preserved view!

Going towards Barra Norte, you will also find other tourist attractions like the Big Wheel (Ferris Wheel), and if you continue along Estrada da Rainha, you will reach Praia Brava, Praia dos Amores, and more.

Approximately 35 km from Navegantes Airport, with an estimated travel time of 40 minutes depending on traffic. Florianópolis Airport: about 94 km away, with an estimated travel time of 1 hour and 20 minutes, also depending on traffic. Please note that traffic on the coast tends to be heavier during the summer.
