This apartment is perfect for families and travelers who want to stay near the beach in a fully equipped space, with a smart TV, 3 suites with air conditioning, and a side view of the sea, as it is located just one block from the beach, less than 120 meters from Balneário Camboriu beach.
- Depending on the model of your vehicle, please check the dimensions. Our parking spot is on G3;
- For all our accommodations, we require mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF;
- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional charge per person/day;
- Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the guest limit of the accommodation during your stay;
- For entry and exit of guests using the pool, please use the appropriate entrance (Pool/Service);
- It is not allowed to walk around common areas of the building in swimwear or without a shirt;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or in the common areas of the condominium;
- Any violation of the accommodation or condominium rules during your stay is the full responsibility of the reservation holder, including any applicable fines;
- An additional fee will be charged for extra linen during your stay;
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Check-out: until 11:00 AM. Depending on the time of year, we may be flexible, but if you arrive earlier or extend the check-out time, an additional fee will be charged;
- For check-in after 10:00 PM, there is an additional service fee (R$ 100.00);

The apartment was designed to provide comfort during your trip! Spacious, with a view of the BC beach, living area and lounge. Dining room that accommodates the whole family or group of friends during mealtimes. Excellent suites with comfortable beds for a peaceful night's sleep. Great location in the center of BC, at the corner with Av Brasil, just one block from the beach! Everything you need is just a few steps away.
Guests have free access to all private areas of the apartment. The condominium’s common areas such as the pool, party room, and other leisure spaces are for the exclusive use of permanent residents and are not available during your stay. We ask for your understanding and respect for the building’s internal rules.
We are always available for online assistance and, if necessary, in person.
The apartment is located in a prime area with excellent dining options, close to markets and tourist attractions, and just 120 meters from the beach. It is a perfect spot for those looking to relax and enjoy the best of the city on foot.
Access is easy whether you arrive by car or public transportation. There are nearby bus and app-based transportation options. Public rotating parking is available on nearby streets. We are about 40 minutes from Navegantes International Airport (NVT) and 20 minutes from the Balneário Camboriú Bus Station.

REGRAS DA HOSPEDAGEM
1. CONVIDADOS/HOSPEDES ADICIONAIS – Apenas os hóspedes cadastrados estão habilitados a acessar a habitação. Qualquer pessoa adicional, seja convidado para o dia ou pernoitar, deve ser comunicado previamente ao anfitrião e necessita autorização;
2. FUMAR: Favor não fumar dentro da habitação, e nas áreas externas não jogar bituca de cigarro;
3. RETIRADA DE MAQUIAGEM: favor proceder com a retirada de maquiagem adequadamente, evitando usar as toalhas ou dormir sem retirá-la, evitando manchar fronhas e lençol. Caso houver manchas que danifiquem o material, será cobrado a parte.
4. BANHISTAS: Para sair e entrar com vestes e ítens de praia, utilizar entrada/saída de banhistas. Favor tirar o excesso de areia no lava pés.
5. Respeitar LEI DO SILÊNCIO após 22H até às 08H
6. Produtos achados após o check out, serão guardados por até 30 dias, passado este perdido os ítens serão doados. Para o envio solicitamos taxa de R$ 30,00 + custo de envio Correios ou Transportadora.
7. Contamos com TV com serviço Smart. Outras plataformas de assinatura podem ser configuradas pelos hóspedes, incluindo seu login e senha. Não esqueça de desconectar ao sair.
LIXO: Descartar em sacos plásticos, fechados, separados como orgânicos e recicláveis. Devem ser depositados na lixeira localizada ao lado do portão da garagem na entrada do prédio.
VOLTAGEM: Todas as tomadas disponíveis para uso são 220V. Não fornecemos transformador.
