- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the accommodation's guest limit during your stay;

- For beachgoers’ entry and exit, please use the correct access (Beachgoers/Service);

- It is not allowed to walk through the common areas in swimwear or without a shirt;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and in the common areas of the condominium;

- Any violation of the accommodation/condominium rules during the stay is the sole responsibility of the reservation holder, including any fines;

- There is an additional fee for extra linens during your stay;

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM; Depending on the season we may be flexible, but if you check-in earlier or extend your check-out, a fee will be charged;

- The CURTA! team reserves the right to relocate your booking to another similar apartment, with the same features, located in the same building, in case the originally booked unit becomes unavailable.

Our apartment features two suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. We also have a laundry area to meet any occasional needs. The cozy living room with a SMART TV is integrated with the dining area, making the space more spacious and comfortable.

Guests have full access to the interior of the apartment. Living rooms, kitchen, service area, suites, and balcony. You can enjoy all the rooms and amenities of the residence.

You are allowed to access the rooftop for walks, outdoor activities, and to enjoy the view of the sea/ocean and the city.

The common areas such as the pool and gym may be used with prior authorization.

The exuberant nature is truly breathtaking! With the sea and clear waters, you can still find preserved vegetation in the Praia Brava area. The neighborhood offers complete infrastructure: boardwalk, bike path, kiosks, security, services, and a local shopping center. You will be surrounded by sophisticated bars and restaurants, a diverse range of fine dining options, and bars with various styles, beach clubs, and vibrant beachfront parties. Right next to Balneário Camboriú, with easy access to nightlife, urban centers, and broader infrastructure.

Praia Brava is a relatively small and well-structured area, featuring a boardwalk, bike path, and safe streets, making it easy to explore most of the region on foot or by bicycle. Renting bikes is simple, with options available at kiosks and rental points nearby—perfect for relaxed rides between bars, restaurants, and viewpoints. For those who prefer more comfort, car rentals or ride-hailing apps (such as Uber) are good alternatives, especially for nightlife or for visiting farther spots like Warung Beach Club, trails on Morro do Careca, or exclusive restaurants further south along the beach. Praia Brava is just 10 minutes (6 km) from Balneário Camboriú and 15 minutes (9 km) from downtown Itajaí. Other must-see beaches in the region, such as Praia dos Amores, Estaleirinho, Praia do Atalaia, and Praia do Buraco, are also less than 20 minutes away by car.
