Charming, cozy, and well-equipped apartment just steps from Brava Beach. Located in the Brava Arts Club Condominium, one of the most sought-after in Brava for its privileged location and modern design.

- Depending on the model and size of your vehicle, please check with our team;

- For all of our accommodations, we require the mandatory submission of a photo ID and CPF;

- Depending on the number of guests registered in the reservation, there may be an additional fee per person/per day;

- Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

- Visitors are not allowed. Please respect the guest limit of the accommodation during your stay;

- For entering and exiting beachgoers, please use the correct access (Beachgoers/Service);

- It is not allowed to walk around the common areas of the building in swimwear or without a shirt;

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation and in the common areas of the condominium;

- Any violation of the accommodation/condominium rules during the stay is the full responsibility of the reservation holder, including cases of fines;

- An extra linen fee will be charged for additional bedding during your stay;

- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM; Depending on the season, we may be flexible; however, for early check-in or late check-out, an extra fee will be charged;

- The CURTA! team reserves the right to transfer your reservation to another similar apartment with the same features, located within the same condominium, in case the originally reserved location becomes unavailable.

- Your pet is welcome, following these rules:

> Only one small pet allowed;

> Take your pet outside the apartment for its needs, and avoid letting it urinate on the sidewalk in front of the condominium;

> Always clean up after your pet with a bag;

> Bring your pet's bed and do not allow your pet on the sofa or beds;

> Carry your pet while moving through the condominium and use the beachgoers/service entrance and exit according to internal rules.

Our apartment has 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a half-bathroom, a dining room, a kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a balcony with a sea view.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for your comfort and convenience. We also have a laundry area for any needs that may arise. The living room is comfortable, cozy, and of course, offers that beach view you can only truly appreciate by staying here! There is also an elegant dining room, perfect for hosting your family or friends, a master suite, and a single suite with a floor-to-ceiling window!

Guests have full access to the entire interior space of the apartment. Living rooms, kitchen, service area, suites, and balcony. You are free to enjoy all rooms and amenities of the residence.

You are allowed to access the rooftop for walks, open-air strolls, and to appreciate the view of the sea/ocean and the city.

Common areas such as the swimming pool and gym can be used with prior authorization.

We are always available for online support and in-person service when necessary.

The neighborhood offers complete infrastructure: a boardwalk, bike path, kiosks, security, services, and a local shopping center. You'll be surrounded by upscale bars and restaurants, a wide range of high-end dining options, and bars with various styles, as well as beach clubs and vibrant seaside parties. Currently, this is one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the state, featuring spectacular properties with ongoing growth and increasing real estate value. Located next to Balneário Camboriú, it offers easy access to nightlife, urban centers, and broader infrastructure.
Praia Brava is a relatively small and well-structured area with a boardwalk, bike lane, and safe streets, making it easy to explore most of the area on foot or by bicycle. Renting bikes is simple, with options at kiosks and rental points nearby—perfect for leisurely rides between bars, restaurants, and viewpoints. For those who prefer more comfort, using a car or transportation apps is a good alternative, especially for nightlife or visiting more distant spots. Praia Brava is just 10 minutes (6 km) from Balneário Camboriú and 15 minutes (9 km) from downtown Itajaí. Other must-visit beaches in the area, such as Praia dos Amores, Estaleirinho, Praia do Atalaia, and Praia do Buraco, are also less than 20 minutes away by car.
