Terms and Conditions

Reservations
To validate a reservation, our clients must send the payment receipt and the following information:
Full name;
Date of birth;
ID number or passport number;
CPF;
Address / Neighborhood / City / Zip Code;
Phone number;
Email;
Check-in time at the property / flight number (if arriving by air);
Check-out time from the property;
Names of other guests (if any);
Payment methods, reservations, rent, and security deposit:
To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
The 50% reservation payment can be made via bank transfer/deposit, bank slip (boleto), PayPal, credit card, or cash at our office.
The payment for the remaining rent + cleaning fee + security deposit must be made upon signing the contract and handing over the keys.
The security deposit will be required at check-in in cash, with a predetermined value per property established at the time of booking.
In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require a transfer confirmation via email.
Your reservation will be validated once the Curta! Temporada reservations department sends a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in:
Check-in Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The client is required to inform us of their arrival time and provide their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed. For the Curta! Temporada check-in process, the client must call our check-in department (available 24/7) at (+55) 47 99930 5782 or (+55) 41 98860 8366 up to thirty minutes before arriving at the property. Upon receiving the call, one of our staff members will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.
If the client arrives before our official check-in time at 2:00 PM, they may leave their luggage at the office during our business hours. If the apartment is available and the client wants to guarantee an early check-in, an entry between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.
For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
Check-out:
Check-out Time: 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
A Curta! Temporada employee will meet the client at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the lease agreement) to inspect the property, receive the keys, and return the security deposit.
After checking out, the client may store their luggage at our office during business hours. If the apartment is available and the client wishes to leave only between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, we require a late check-out fee equal to 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at check-in.
For check-outs after 4:00 PM, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 88 Reais will be charged if departure is before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, the amount charged will be equivalent to a full daily rate.
Cancellation and booking alterations:
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the scheduled date. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from Curta! Temporada.
Curta! Temporada reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if any of the following situations occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood's peace and/or violation of condominium rules, organizing parties, illicit drug use, pets without our permission, or failure to pay the rent or security deposit in full.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, Curta! Temporada assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disruptions with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests:
The guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property as well as any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
Visitors:
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so we can provide a more suitable property.
Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; it is necessary to check your rental agreement. In case of utility charges, the client must pay the bills corresponding to the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rental is longer than 30 days, after each month.
Legal Venue:
The contracting parties elect the Venue of the District of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina.
